Delhi people will also resist any Turkey style coup if L-G tries it, AAP warns

NEW DELHI: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has lauded the attempts of the citizens of Turkey, who resisted attempts of the Army to overthrow a civilian government in their country. Party has said that the passion of Turkish people remind them of the passion of Delhi people, who had overwhelmingly voted for AAP just like Turkish people had voted for Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

“Army kept harassing Erdoğan, but Erdoğan kept working for the people of Turkey. This won hearts of the aam aadmi of Turkey, who were willing to sacrifice their lives for Erdoğan. This is so similar to relationship between Narendra Modi and Arvind Kejriwal,” AAP leader Ashish Khetan claimed.

“Narendra Modi and L-G of Delhi are like the Turkish Army while Arvind Kejriwal is like Recep Tayyip Erdoğan,” Khetan elaborated so that everyone in the party and press conference understood the meaning, and he is not forced to apologize again for a wrong comparison. Earlier Khetan had ended up comparing Guru Granth Sahib with AAP’s manifesto.

Welcoming the development in Turkey that could have overthrown the pro-Islamic government, AAP said that this should act as a warning to the anti-Islamic forces led by Narendra Modi back home.

“If Modi, through his agent L-G, tries to overthrow the democratically elected Kejriwal government, millions of Delhi citizens will come out in roads in support of Kejriwal and thwart such fascist attempts,” AAP leader Ashutosh issued the warning.

AAP pointed out how President Erdoğan and his party used social media to exhort and gather citizens to fight the army, and said that AAP will similarly use its social media power to defeat any possible coup against the Kejriwal government.

“One Ankit Lal can take care of entire battalion marching on the orders of L-G,” Ashutosh claimed.

The warning by AAP has been rejected by BJP as being childish and facetious, but experts think that the incidents of Turkey are a fair warning to Narendra Modi.

“It shows the power of the people, and prepare are with Kejriwal,” neutral analyst Abhay Kumar Dubey said.

  • US congress invites Arvind Kejriwal for a guest lecture, L-G blocks invite

US congress invites Arvind Kejriwal for a guest lecture, L-G blocks invite

WASHINGTON: The US congress, which is like the parliament of India, has decided to invite anti-corruption crusader and founder of Aam Aadmi Paty (AAP), Arvind Kejriwal to address a joint session of the house and the senate.

Sources say that the US congressmen were not too happy with the speech delivered by Prime Minister Narendra Modi last month and wanted someone “more knowledgeable” and someone with more liberal credentials to address them.

“Those clapping and standing ovation after Modi’s speech that you witnessed on TV were all fake and staged. Many congressmen later conceded in private that the speech was not good and they wanted a better Indian leader to come over,” a source in US revealed to Junta Ka Reporter.

Sources confirm that a formal invite to this effect has been prepared and the US ambassador to India is expected to deliver it to the Delhi secretariat next week.

However, sources say that the Lieutenant-General (L-G) of Delhi, Najeeb Jung could block this invite on technical grounds and stop Arvind Kejriwal from addressing the US congress.

“L-G could raise issues like the post of a Chief Minister is not fit to indulge in acts that are reserved for national heads of governments. This could be flagged as violation of international protocol,” an officer working in the L-G’s office revealed on conditions of anonymity.

“Kejriwal addressing US congress and getting better reviews than Modi would have been big blow to Modi, so L-G has been asked to block this,” the officer claimed.

This news has come close to the expose by Junta Ka Reporter where Narendra Modi was reported to have blocked Nobel Peace Prize for Arvind Kejriwal. Analysts claim that these incidents prove that Narendra Modi is worried about his falling popularity and considers Arvind Kejriwal as his main challenger.

“Kejriwal might miss a few prizes and opportunities to address international gatherings, but he will benefit immensely at the domestic level,” neutral analyst and commentator Abhay Kumar Dubey said, “Frankly Kejriwal has nothing to worry as he will receive these prizes and address such gatherings once he wins the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Till then, such petty politics from Modi is expected to continue.”

While AAP has not yet reacted to the development, the news has once again raised concerns if the L-G of Delhi is acting as an agent of the BJP and Narendra Modi.

  • UNESCO declares Islam as the most peaceful religion of the world

UNESCO declares Islam as the most peaceful religion of the world

PARIS: In a major development that should silence critics of Islam who have been blaming it for terrorism, UNESCO has declared that Islam is the most peaceful religion of the world.

The United Nations body released a statement earlier today that revealed that UNESCO had partnered with International Peace Foundation six months back to study all religions of the world and find out which was most peaceful amongst all.

“After six months of rigorous study and analysis, we have concluded that Islam is the most peaceful religion,” Robert McGee, head of comparative studies wing of International Peace Foundation declared in a press conference that was attended by UNESCO officials too.

When asked about the terror attacks being carried out in the name of Islam, including the recent ones in Dhaka and Baghdad, the UNESCO official denied that it had anything to do with Islam.

“Terror has no religion,” he said, “Islam means peace.”

To document this official recognition, UNESCO will issue certificates to interested Muslim bodies, which can choose to display them at various places like madarsas, Islamic study centers, mosques, halal stores, slaughterhouses, etc.

Junta Ka Reporter was also given a copy of certificate so that we can display the same to our readers. A copy has also been put in the office of our founder Mr. Mofat Javed.

    Islam means Peace
A copy of the certificate issued by UNESCO.

“Right Wing organizations should stop maligning Islam and Muslims at least after this certificate from UNESCO,” our founder editor Mofat Javed hoped.

The certificate and announcement from UNESCO has been welcomed by world leaders and religious leaders across the world. Dalai Lama is reported to have asked other religions to learn from Islam and try to be as nonviolent and compassionate as the religion of peace.

However, some Muslim scholars have said that the act of UNESCO was not needed as Islam was already the best and final religion, and a certificate to the same amounts to trivializing the issue as it states the obvious.

  • Did Narendra Modi block nomination of Arvind Kejriwal for Nobel Peace Prize?

Did Narendra Modi block nomination of Arvind Kejriwal for Nobel Peace Prize?

OSLO: It is well known fact that organizations and individuals are free to nominate public figures for the Nobel Peace Prize. It is up to the Nobel Committee to decide whether a nominated figure deserves the prize or not, but the process of nomination itself is considered a normal process and seen as a civil right of an organization. No one had any problem with these accepted norms till date.

However, this normal and accepted process of nomination seems to have upset Prime Minister and BJP leader Narendra Modi, who reportedly tried to block an attempt to nominate Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Junta Ka Reporter has received copy of a letter from an organization named ISUP (International Society of Upright Professionals), which had recommended the name of Arvind Kejriwal for the coveted prize last year, but sources say that someone powerful in the PMO (Prime Minister’s Office) pressurized ISUP not to send this letter to the Nobel Committee.

A copy of the letter is reproduced below that never reached the Nobel Committee:

Arvind Kejriwal for Nobel Peace Prize
The letter of nomination of Arvind Kejriwal that was not signed or sent to the committee due to political pressure.

Our sources confirm that this is first of its kind incident where a letter of nomination has been blocked. ISUP was warned that their offices in India could be sealed and their FCRA account will be frozen if they went ahead with this letter of nomination.

It is not clear if this was done on orders of Prime Minister Modi himself or someone in the PMO was acting independently to please the PM. But in either case, this shows a new low in Indian politics where a rise of a fellow Indian was seen as a threat to domestic politics.

  • China says it will support India in NSG if Kejriwal becomes PM

China says it will support India in NSG if Kejriwal becomes PM

BEIJING: The Chinese media is reporting that the Government of China will not support India’s bid to gain membership of NSG (Nuclear Supplier’s Group) but it may do so in future. The change in China’s approach towards India is dependent upon change in Indian leadership, reports say.

“Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been trying to show that he’s friendly with Chinese President Xi Jinping, but the truth is that the Paramount Leader is not impressed with the Indian PM,” Chinese newspaper China Daily Times quoted an expert in a report published yesterday.

China is lobbying with other nations to vote against India’s bid to gain entry in NSG as the current Chinese leadership sees Narendra Modi as an unreliable leader, but the Chinese top leadership is reported to be impressed with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

The working and ideology of Kejriwal has impressed not only the experts in China but the Communist Party too, which has praised the Delhi Chief Minister for its pro-people policies.

“On his one of the earlier official tours of India, Xi Jinping wanted to meet Mr. Kejriwal, but Modi cunningly shifted the venue to meeting to Ahmedabad instead of New Delhi. Such incidents have only weakened the relationship between India and China,” China Daily Times has claimed.

Chinese media is confident that relationship between China and India will improve a lot if and when Arvind Kejriwal becomes the Prime Minister of India.

“From the current atmosphere of hostility and mistrust, we can see a climate of friendship, trust, respect and cooperation growing between the two nations if there is a favorable regime change in India,” Lua Jianqing, the expert in China Daily Times said.

“Yes, it includes China’s support to India for gaining entry into NSG and for a permanent seat in UNSC,” he added when the reporter asked him.
