Delhi man cured of Chikungunya after converting to Islam

NEW DELHI: In a miracle of sorts, a man Rajesh Jhunjhunwala was cured of Chikungunya when he decided to accept Islam – the religion of peace – and become a practicing Muslim. Rajesh was diagnosed with symptoms of the diseases this morning, but doctors found no such symptoms after his first afternoon prayer as a Muslim.

“This is miracle, we have to accept,” Dr. Satyendra Sisodia of Mohalla Clinic in Rohini told Junta Ka Reporter, “We gave him some medicines in the morning, but medicines can’t show effects so soon. This indeed is a blessing from the almighty.”

After accepting Islam, Rajesh has taken up the name “Rifat Javed” as he claimed that he got the idea of converting to Islam after reading tweets of a person of the same name.

“That person publishes pamphlets for Aam Aadmi Party and tweets in support of AAP, and I was following him to troll him,” Rajesh said, “But this morning when I read his tweets on how beautiful it was to convert to Islam and why Indians should try it tout, I somehow didn’t feel like trolling him. I was already depressed because of the diagnosis showing Chikungunya symptoms.”

“Some inner voice told me that maybe I got Chikungunya because I used to troll Rifat Javed too much. So I decided to atone for my sins by becoming a good Muslim like Rifat Javed. And lo and behold! I got cured within hours!” a visibly happy Rajesh-turned-Rifat said.

The news of Chikungunya being cured due to conversion to Islam has spread like wildfire and sources tell us that many Delhi residents are now planning to become Muslim and change their names to Rifat Javed to escape the epidemic.

While this has potential to keep the capital city safe, main opposition party BJP is threatening to bash up anyone becoming a Rifat Javed.

“This is a rumor spread by AAP’s Mohalla Clinic to turn people into AAPtards,” a BJP worker claimed.

But AAP has rejected such charges by biased BJP workers.

“This is shameful. BJP bhakts just think about politics while we think about wellbeing of people. We will provide security to people becoming Rifat Javeds,” AAP spokesperson Ashutosh said.

  • Arvind Kejriwal’s image magically appears on wall of Gujarati farmer’s house

Arvind Kejriwal’s image magically appears on wall of Gujarati farmer’s house

MEHSANA: In a strange incident that has caught the imagination of entire Gujarat, a farmer in Bakarpur village in Visnagar here today claimed that an image of AAP founder Arvind Kejriwal had magically appeared on his house wall this morning.

The farmer, 53 years old Bharanjibhai Patel, woke up at 6 AM in the morning today and went outside his house to feed his cows. He saw that all his three cows were looking at the same spot and not mooing. He followed the line of sight of his cows and was surprised to see a sketch of Kejriwal on the outside wall of his house.

“I thought that maybe my neighbor Ritardbhai Unjhawala, who is a diehard supporter of Arvind Kejriwal, had drawn the sketch, but when I confronted him, he denied it. No one in the village had seen anyone drawing anything on my wall, so slowly I realized that this was a magical appearance,” Bharanjibhai Patel said.

The fact that the cows were also looking at the image of Arvind Kejriwal has convinced the villagers that this was a divine sign and not any prank by anyone in the village.

After the news spread in the afternoon, people from nearby villages and other parts of Gujarat started flocking Bakarpur village, and the house of Bharanjibhai became a virtual tourist place. Some people were seen praying to the image while some youngsters were seen clicking selfies with Kejriwal’s image.

A team of scientists from ISRO in Ahmedabad had left for Visnagar to investigate the incident, but local villagers are convinced that it was a miracle.

“Kejriwal is the future. Our entire village will definitely vote for AAP,” a resident of Bakarpur told Junta Ka Reporter. Bharanjibhai Patel, who is reported to have voted BJP in the last elections, also says that now he will be voting for AAP in the next year’s assembly elections.

It should be noted that Visnagar is the taluka where BJP leader Narendra Modi was born and had grown up. Analysts believe that it was not a coincidence that Arvind Kejriwal’s image appeared at a village in Visnagar.

“This confirms that Modi is all set to lose at his home state. Kejriwal is all set to replace Modi,” neutral analyst Abhay Kumar Dubey said.

Abhay Kumar Dubey also pointed out that Arvind Kejriwal’s image had appeared on the wall outside the house and not inside; it proved that Kejriwal respected privacy of people and was a responsible leader.

While neutral analysts and local villagers insist that the image had appeared miraculously, local BJP is insisting that it was a scam and a stunt carried out by Ritardbhai Unjhawala.

BJP supporters are reportedly pressuring Bharanjibhai Patel to file a police case against Ritardbhai Unjhawala for defacement of private property, but a changed Bharanjibhai, now an AAP supporter, has refused to do so.

  • High tide at Miramar Beach after Kejriwal visits Panjim, locals say it’s AAP Wave

High tide at Miramar Beach after Kejriwal visits Panjim, locals say it’s AAP Wave

PANAJI: A rather unusual sighting of high tide was witnessed at one of the beaches here in the capital city of Goa. The incident coincided with Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal visiting the city, and this has led people to talk if the two events were connected.

It should be noted that the meteorological department had not issued any warnings or predicted any high tide for today, yet people confirm that they witnessed tall waves at the Miramar Beach in the evening.

“I was taking my evening walk by the beach when I saw a tide surging forward. I was scared but it didn’t hurt or even wet me. It appeared as if it just wanted to register its presence peacefully,” Gaurav Nagarsekar, a resident of Panjim told Junta Ka Reporter.

Many other residents also confirm that there were tall waves at the beach between 5-6 PM today. People are linking the sighting of the high tide with the presence of Arvind Kejriwal in the city. They especially point to the fact that the high tide didn’t cause any public inconvenience despite it being tall and powerful.

    Water cannon on AAP workers
Experts say that waves of water and rise of AAP are interrelated, so people are right in linking high tide with an AAP wave in the state.

“Even Arvind Kejriwal is a tall personality and he is powerful as he is the most popular leader in the country currently. But his movements don’t cause public inconvenience like other VIPs. This can’t be coincidence, it’s a divine sign from god that Kejriwal is in the city,” another resident, Alfred Fernandez said.

Alfred added that he was just an apolitical and neutral person and not an AAP supporter, and that his sentiments reflected what an average Panjim resident thought of the two events – Kejriwal in the city and tall waves at the sea.

Many local residents have started saying that it was actually an “AAP Wave” and not some usual high tide that was witnessed.

“Goa is surely witnessing AAP Wave. Earlier this week an AAP worker helped a blind man regain his sight and now this unusual sighting of high tide. Arvind Kejriwal could well be true when he said that AAP will win 35 out of 40 seats,” local journalist Nigel Britton said.

Goa unit of the Aam Aadmi Party too has echoed these sentiments and said that they will be celebrating sighting of AAP Wave at the Miramar Beach tomorrow.

  • Blind man regains sight after being hit on head by an AAP worker

Blind man regains sight after being hit on head by an AAP worker

GOA: The good work and public service done by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers and volunteers are known world over. Despite the selfless service offered by AAP supporters, they are often mocked as “AAPtards” by abusive BJP supporters.

BJP supporters claim that AAP workers only abuse – an ironical claim because it’s the BJP supporters who are abusive – and they are good for nothing. They cite some rare examples of AAP workers erring to prove their point.

However, another such attempt by BJP supporters failed miserably when an AAP supporter ended up doing public service even though he was accused of an act that was abusive and violent.

The incident happened in Goa, where an AAP supporter Alexander D’Souza threw stones at BJP supporter Daniel Fernandes. Daniel had called Alexander an AAPtard, after which Alexander got angry and tried to hit Daniel with a big stone.

“Daniel is a cunning man and thus he ducked to avoid the stone. Only a coward will do that, and he was supporter of Modi the coward,” Alexander recounted the incident.

As a result of Daniel’s deceitful behavior, the stone missed him and hit 47-years-old Anthony who was waiting for a bus by the same road.

Local journalists confirm that Anthony had lost his eyesight in a road accident when he was 29 years old. But this stone thrown by the AAP supporter proved to be a blessing in disguise for him. The stone hit him exactly at the same place where he was hit in the accident 18 years ago.

Anthony fell unconscious after being hit by Alexander’s stone and he was immediately taken to hospital. Alexander confirms that Daniel had run away from the spot and this good work of taking a person to hospital was done by Alexander.

In the hospital, when Anthony regained his consciousness, he realized that he had regained his eyesight too. The stone thrown by an AAP supporter had cured him of his blindness.

“I will surely vote for AAP in the upcoming assembly elections,” Anthony told Junta Ka Reporter.

News about this incident is spreading fast in Goa with people sharing this information on Whatsapp, Facebook and other social media platforms. This incident is being seen as a turning point in AAP’s chances of winning elections in Goa.

The incident also proves that AAP workers, who are wrongly and unfairly called AAPtards by BJP supporters, are actually good for the society even when they are angry.

While Alexander has done a social service, latest reports suggest that Goa police, on orders of the local BJP government, might arrest him for throwing stones at Daniel and Anthony. Goa’s AAP unit has already threatened to undertake mass protests if their Good Samaritan is arrested.
