  • Missing Kerala youths suspected of joining ISIS found, had actually joined AAP

Missing Kerala youths suspected of joining ISIS found, had actually joined AAP

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: 17 young men who had gone missing and whose families suspected that they had joined the ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq & Syria) have been traced. The young men are doing well and are in India, not in Iraq or Syria as was suspected earlier.

But the most satisfying and reassuring fact is that the men had not joined the terror organization ISIS, but instead they had joined the anti-corruption political organization AAP (Aam Aadmi Party). The local police confirmed this.

“We are relived. There is no security risk, thus we are closing the case,” sub inspector Keerthinath Suresh from Pallakad police station announced in a press conference. “We have asked the men to contact their families soon so that they stop worrying. Rest of the nation also doesn’t need to worry.”

Police has not disclosed the names of the youth as they could be targeted by BJP supporters for joining AAP. However, the police allowed the journalists to talk to a few of them anonymously. The young men confirmed that they were in India and had joined AAP, not ISIS.

“We were so busy fighting for AAP on Facebook and Twitter that we could not get in touch with our families. For weeks we were online continuously trending hashtags to remove corruption and to defeat the communal conspiracies of BJP. We were ignoring messages of our own family members as we were very busy, and that’s why our families started worrying and thought we had left India and joined ISIS,” one of the young man said on speakerphone.

The young men confirmed that they were devout Muslims and wanted to have Islamic rule in India, but they said that they wanted to do that within the constitutional framework by joining AAP, and not by joining a terror organization like ISIS.

“We don’t blame our families as we indeed had praised the concept of Islamic State earlier, but after listening to speeches of Arvind Kejriwal, we realized that Islamic State can be formed in India through anti-corruption movement. Kejriwal Sir had earlier called Batla encounter fake and he also supported Mujahidins of JNU. We don’t need to support ISIS,” another man argued.

The press conferred was called off after the young men went back to supporting AAP online by exposing the crimes of 2002 riots as Arvind Kejriwal was in Gujarat.

The incident has been welcomed by neutral experts who believe that AAP could help defeat ISIS in India, but the BJP has attacked AAP for being soft on Islamic fundamentalism.

“BJP should stop indulging in politics on matters of national security. They should be congratulating Arvind Kejriwal who is stopping Indian youths from joining ISIS,” political analyst Abhay Kumar Dubey said.

  • AAP expected to win 110 out of 182 seats in Gujarat assembly elections

AAP expected to win 110 out of 182 seats in Gujarat assembly elections

AHMEDABAD: It seems that the BJP is set to lose power in home state of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The saffron party, which has been appearing invincible in Gujarat for around two decades, is all set to lose power in the next assembly elections to be held next year.

This finding came out in a pre-poll survey done by See-Voter, a research group involved in psephology and media consulting. The survey predicts AAP winning 110 seats out of the 182 in the assembly.

BJP, currently enjoying a strength of 117 seats, will be reduced to 63 seats while Congress could win just 9 seats, the survey predicts.

The survey was done in the month of June when the temperature is high and most people stay inside houses to escape heat. This made sure that surveyors could meet maximum number of people, thus reflecting a real opinion.

“Our margin of error will be as low as 0.1% in vote share and 0.05% in seats projected,” Jashwant Desai, the CEO of See-Voter told Junta Ka Reporter.

As expected, AAP has welcomed the findings and claimed that according to an internal survey, the party will win even more seats when elections take place next year.

“This survey was done in June, while Arvind Kejriwal has visited Gujarat in July. We have already seen thousands of BJP supporters joining AAP after seeing Kejriwal in person. By next year, we hope to win around 175 seats,” Jignesh Gala, an AAP worker from Ahmadabad claimed.

Experts also believe that AAP has got a good chance in Gujarat elections, and they could win a majority of its own if Arvind Kejriwal campaigns aggressively in the state.

“People are fed up with both BJP and Congress and they want an alternative. AAP has also promised to remove reservations altogether in Gujarat, thus solving the issue of reservations being demanded by Patels. I will not be surprised if they win 175 seats,” Nimesh Desai, a local journalist said.

  • This rich man gives 500 rupee notes to AAP supporters whenever he meets any

This rich man gives 500 rupee notes to AAP supporters whenever he meets any

NEW DELHI: There were curious scenes at Rajiv Chowk Metro Station earlier today when a man was seen asking people if they were supporters of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and then hugging them and giving them a 500 rupee note each if they answered in affirmative.

The man was later identified as 56 years old Puneet Jindal, who is a billionaire having his own steel company. He said that he was very impressed with the good work done by the AAP government in Delhi as well as with the selfless work being carried out by AAP volunteers in various parts of the country.

“I have donated to AAP many times earlier. Once I woke up suddenly in the midnight and just felt like donating to AAP, and donated 5 crore rupees. I have also donated to the Delhi government, but I always felt that I needed to donate more,” Jindal told Junta Ka Reporter when asked why was he giving money to ordinary AAP supporters.

“I have come across AAP supporters who fight for good values on Facebook and Twitter all day long, and I thought they should also be donated to. Many of them might not be paid volunteers, so I thought I should identify them and support them,” the billionaire explained why he took this route.

Since many AAP supporters have strange names and display pictures on Facebook and Twitter and it was not possible to identify the real people and names behind those accounts, Puneet thought that the best way was to ask real people in real world if they were AAP supporters.

“Yes, not all of them would be active on social media, but if they are AAP supporters, they must be fighting for some good cause in whatever form, so I’m sure that my money is not getting wasted. And if they are active on social media, this is my token of appreciation for their work,” the owner of Jindal Steel Works said.

Puneet further said that AAP supporters were the reason the party won elections and hence his small contribution towards their welfare was just a way of showing gratitude.

“They have helped the most honest party in this world win Delhi elections, and I’m sure AAP will win elections in Goa, Punjab, Gujarat, and later in all India. This is the great work they are doing. 500 rupees is too small a thing when compared to their work,” he said.

When asked what does he do when he meets someone who is not an AAP supporter and instead could be a BJP supporter who are not known for doing good work.

“I give them fake currencies,” he revealed. “Modi is feku and BJP supporters online are all fake accounts, so they deserve fake currencies. I hope they end up in jail for carrying fake currencies when they try to buy something with that fake 500 rupee note.”

When asked if carrying fake currencies was not a crime, Jindal said that he had read constitution and nowhere in the constitution is it mentioned that carrying fake currency was a crime.

Experts agree with Jindal on this.

“Giving someone a fake currency after buying a good is crime as you are cheating. Or printing fake currency is a crime as you are doing an illegal printing. But just carrying fake currency is not a crime,” neutral commentator Abhay Kumar Dubey said.

“Jindal is just carrying fake currencies, he has not printed them. He is not doing any transaction when he hands them over to the BJP workers. So there is no illegality involved. If some action is taken against him, it clearly will be vendetta politics by the BJP government because he donates to AAP,” Mr. Dubey added.

Puneet Jindal said that it was not just a one day stunt and he will continue moving around in Delhi Metro and giving people 500 rupee notes if they were AAP supporters. He later tried to give 500 rupees to Junta Ka Reporter as well, but we refused to take it as we are a neutral media house.

  • Zakir Naik hires Delhi government’s PR agency for image makeover

Zakir Naik hires Delhi government’s PR agency for image makeover

MUMBAI: Under attack for his speeches that allegedly endorse violence and intolerance, Islamic preacher Zakir Naik has announced that he will be using the services of same PR agency that has been chosen by the state government of Delhi for publicity and public relations.

Sources confirm that Zakir Naik has contacted Perfect Relations, the PR agency that was chosen last month by the AAP government of Delhi, and asked it to improve his image the same way it intends to improve Arvind Kejriwal government’s image.

“Zakir Naik thinks he and the Aam Aadmi Party have lot in common, so he can try the same solution that AAP tried,” Yusuf Raza, a close aide of Zakir Naik told Junta Ka Reporter. Yusuf confirmed that Dilip Cherian, head of Perfect Relations has agreed to take the assignment.

Marketing and publicity experts say that Naik has taken the right step as he indeed shares some traits with Arvind Kejriwal, the AAP founder and Delhi Chief Minister.

“Both Zakir Naik supporters and Arvind Kejriwal supporters believe strongly in statements issued by the respective leaders, and the supporters trace their energy to the speeches,” an expert pointed out the similarities in both the cases.

“Both Zakir Naik and Arvind Kejriwal were made popular by speeches broadcasted on television, while their popularity and reach grew exponentially thanks to internet, and now both of them are being targeted by Right Wing Hindu groups,” the expert proved how both the leaders were similar and thus their problems and solutions were also similar.

The details of this arrangement is not known, but sources suggest that even Zakir Naik could be paying something in the range of 200 crores to the PR agency, which is similar to what the Delhi government is reported to be paying to publicize its hard work and good governance.

  • AAP leader claims credit for exposing corruption of Lionel Messi

AAP leader claims credit for exposing corruption of Lionel Messi

BUENOS AIRES: After a court in Barcelona found footballer Lionel Messi guilty of tax fraud and sentenced him and his father to 21 months in jail, reports about how the footballer was nailed are coming in from various parts of the world.

While most people believe that the footballer was nailed due to the expose carried out by a group of investigative journalists who published Panama Papers, it has now come to light that a political leader in Argentina, where Messi was born and grew up, was responsible for exposing Messi.

Anjolina Dominia, a local leader of AAP (Argentina Autonomist Party) has claimed credit for bringing out corruption of Messi long before the journalists found out his shell companies and bank accounts in Belize and Uruguay.

Ms. Dominia, who is the head of Rosario unit of AAP, claims that she has known Messi from his school days and she suspected him of fraud ever since.

“I knew he was a fraud when the whole world was applauding him for his sporting achievements. His real talent is not sleight of feet, but sleight of hand,” Anjolina Dominia claimed.

Ms. Dominia had called a press conference immediately after Messi was sentenced by the court and she presented various documents to back her claim of exposing Messi’s corruption and malpractices.

Among the documents flashed in the press conference was an attendance register of the school that Messi attended. Anjolina Dominia claimed that entire record in the attendance register was fudged by Messi, who bunked classes to play football.

Ms. Dominia further announced two bank account numbers, which she claimed were Swiss bank account numbers of Messi and his father. “5090160983 and 5090160984, HSBC Bank,” she announced, reading from a chit of paper that she held out.

After his claim, AAP supporters and workers in Argentina congratulated each other for the achievements of Anjolina Dominia and trended hashtags on Twitter in her support.

  • Rahul Gandhi copying Kejriwal’s strategies the reason why he decided to get married?

Rahul Gandhi copying Kejriwal’s strategies the reason why he decided to get married?

NEW DELHI: Rahul Gandhi is reported to be getting married later this month. The hint of this development was given by independent journalist and renowned thinker Sagarika Ghose on Twitter earlier today. According to reports, Rahul Gandhi will marry a Brahmin girl hailing from Uttar Pradesh.

Many analysts feel that the move by Rahul Gandhi is aimed at winning Uttar Pradesh assembly elections by wooing the Brahmin voters, who had been traditional voters of Congress before they shifted their loyalties to the BJP. Election strategist Prashant Kishore too was reported to have suggested Congress to woo Brahmins.

However sources close to Junta Ka Reporter reveal a different reason why the 45 years old Vice President of Congress had decided to get married. Sources confirm that the reason behind Rahul Gandhi’s decision to get married is indeed political, but it has got nothing to do with Uttar Pradesh.

“Remember Rahul Gandhi has said that he will learn all the good things from AAP and do those in a manner one can not even imagine? He has been following that strategy very seriously,” a source in the Congress party revealed.

“Rahul Gandhi had earlier attacked Narendra Modi over suit-boot, which was basically inspired from Arvind Kejriwal’s attack on Modi over Ambani-Adani. Similarly his claim that BJP is targeting his family is inspired from Kejriwal’s claim that Modi is trying to finish him,” the source explained.

“Now this decision to get married is also inspired from Arvind Kejriwal’s married life,” the source claimed. “Kejriwal is happily married while Modi lives a bachelor life, so Rahul Gandhi decided to follow the Kejriwal model to get success.”

Experts believe that Rahul Gandhi could copy more ideas and style of Arvind Kejriwal in coming days in an attempt to register political success.

  • UNESCO declares Islam as the most peaceful religion of the world

UNESCO declares Islam as the most peaceful religion of the world

PARIS: In a major development that should silence critics of Islam who have been blaming it for terrorism, UNESCO has declared that Islam is the most peaceful religion of the world.

The United Nations body released a statement earlier today that revealed that UNESCO had partnered with International Peace Foundation six months back to study all religions of the world and find out which was most peaceful amongst all.

“After six months of rigorous study and analysis, we have concluded that Islam is the most peaceful religion,” Robert McGee, head of comparative studies wing of International Peace Foundation declared in a press conference that was attended by UNESCO officials too.

When asked about the terror attacks being carried out in the name of Islam, including the recent ones in Dhaka and Baghdad, the UNESCO official denied that it had anything to do with Islam.

“Terror has no religion,” he said, “Islam means peace.”

To document this official recognition, UNESCO will issue certificates to interested Muslim bodies, which can choose to display them at various places like madarsas, Islamic study centers, mosques, halal stores, slaughterhouses, etc.

Junta Ka Reporter was also given a copy of certificate so that we can display the same to our readers. A copy has also been put in the office of our founder Mr. Mofat Javed.

    Islam means Peace
A copy of the certificate issued by UNESCO.

“Right Wing organizations should stop maligning Islam and Muslims at least after this certificate from UNESCO,” our founder editor Mofat Javed hoped.

The certificate and announcement from UNESCO has been welcomed by world leaders and religious leaders across the world. Dalai Lama is reported to have asked other religions to learn from Islam and try to be as nonviolent and compassionate as the religion of peace.

However, some Muslim scholars have said that the act of UNESCO was not needed as Islam was already the best and final religion, and a certificate to the same amounts to trivializing the issue as it states the obvious.

  • Young man followed by Narendra Modi on Twitter struggling to get married

Young man followed by Narendra Modi on Twitter struggling to get married

NEW DELHI: Recently criticism over the kind of people Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been following on Twitter has been on rise, and it seems there is no end to this controversy.

Latest reports suggest that Ankit Jain, a young man in his 20s, has been single and unmarried even though the Prime Minister has been following him for over a couple of years.

Marriage agents say that there is nothing in Ankit that should keep him forever alone but some bad luck has been keeping him single.

“He is a diamond trader and earns good. He is not bad looking as well. And he is generally accepted as a nice guy by people around him, so it’s really a mystery why he is single!” Manu Ram, a marriage bureau owner told Junta Ka Reporter.

Now people are wondering if this is due to him being followed by Prime Minister, which might be bringing him bad luck. People whom Narendra Modi follows have been getting into controversies of late.

“It also shows that all the promises made by Modi are jumla,” Rahul Kaushik, AAP convener from Chandni Chowk claimed, “If his fans can’t even get girls, how can the youth of this country get jobs?”

“But bigger question is if PM Modi should be following such losers!” independent journalist Sagarika Ghose tweeted when the news spread like wildfire.

Sources tell Junta Ka Reporter that Ankit had met the Prime Minister last year hoping that this will change his luck, but he is still unmarried and single.

Earlier this week, he even uninstalled Tinder from his mobile, which shows that even Digital India is not working.

  • Singer Abhijeet accused of abusing good old lady who abuses only bad people

Singer Abhijeet accused of abusing good old lady who abuses only bad people

MUMBAI: Bollywood playback singer Abhijieet has been accused of abusing an old woman named Swati Chaturvedi, who abuses only bad people on Twitter.

Abusing bad people and their family members is considered a natural reaction and even respected journalists like Rajdeep Sardesai have done it on Twitter. In fact, Rajdeep has even physically hit a bad man and abused him in the real world.

Swati, who is in her 40s, was called “budhiya” by Abhijeet, which is an abusive and disrespectful way of addressing an old lady. Sources confirm that Swati prefers to be called a veteran journalist, and not a budhiya.

Before joining Twitter, Swati used to work with Zee News and host a chat show that was watched by around 100 people regularly. On Twitter, Swati has been even more successful and is followed by thousands of people.

She is known to abuse bad people on Twitter like these:

Sources close to Abhijeet says that the singer thought that it was okay to abuse someone who abuses, but Indian laws don’t allow it. Friends also suggested Abhijeet to claim that his account was hacked, but the singer decided to stick to his tweets calling Swati a besharm budhiya (shameless old woman).

Swati has complained about Abhijeet to Mumbai police about this harassment, and she is confident that she will get Abhijeet jailed for his abusive comments.

  • RTI query reveals PM Modi spent Rs 10 crore on mineral water during Navratri fast

RTI query reveals PM Modi spent Rs 10 crore on mineral water during Navratri fast

NEW DELHI: After Delhi Chief Minister and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal exposed Prime Minister Narendra Modi on spending hundreds of crores of rupees on clothes, now comes the news that PM had spent over 10 crore rupees just on drinking mineral water during his Navratri fast last year.

It should be recalled that PM Modi always promotes his Navrati fasts, where he avoids food and takes only water and sometimes fruit juices. In September 2014 when he was touring US, he refused to have state dinner hosted by the US President because he was fasting. Again, earlier this year in April, there were media reports about his Navrati fast.

Experts have often criticized him for fasting during Navratris but eating normally during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan – a double standard that only causes Indian Muslims to feel even more unsafe.

However, now it seems that the country is not just paying the price of this double standards in shape of communal tensions, but it is proving costly for the nation even from the point of view of state exchequer.

An RTI inquiry filed by Junta Ka Reporter has been answered by the Prime Minister’s Office. We had asked the PMO to tell us the amount of money that was spent on buying fruit juices and mineral waters by the Union Government during the Navratri days ever since BJP came to power.

We received the answer from the PMO and the stats were shocking. A whopping ten crore nine lakh twenty eight thousand and forty five rupees were spent by the union government just on buying mineral water and fruit juices.

“This is shocking,” AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal told our reporter when he apprised him of the situation, “In Delhi, AAP government has made water free, while Modi government is spending money like water. People of this country will punish BJP in coming elections.”

Arvind Kejriwal also asked people to Google “Modi” and “water” together, and claimed that hundreds of pictures showing Modi drinking water or holding a glass of water proved that the BJP government has been spending money like water.

He further claimed that the money used to buy water and juices must be going to some big businessmen of India who own water blocks in Gujarat and Mumbai.
